The partnership began with the signing on September 18, 2025 of a 3-party memorandum on the creation of a unified food supply chain between AGRIQA (Kazakhstan) – Tramite Group (Italy) – 1Thirty Holding (USA).

Serzhan Stybayev, founder and CEO, has 35 years of experience in production management within the manufacturing sector (including the “MEREY” furniture factory, a group of five alcohol and spirits plants managed by Falcom MC), as well as in processing and oil & gas infrastructure at Usturt, distribution of Komatsu heavy equipment, and own and partnership investments in the agro-industrial sector (AIC).
He has implemented several large-scale cluster projects in the AIC, including:
- Development of a feasibility study with state expert review for a budget-funded investment project, in collaboration with SCIK Paolo Girelli and Parma Freight Village (Italy) — the Taraz Agro-Industrial Processing Center for the Akimat of Zhambyl Region.
- A large meat cluster based on Australian technology in the Almaty Region, including a breeding center for 3,000 head of pedigree cattle, a feedlot in Aktasty village for 6,000 head, and over 20,000 hectares of agricultural land (Raiymbek District).
- An industrial greenhouse complex in the Almaty Region developed using Dutch technologies.
- Own enterprises in the dairy and meat industries.

The company focuses on strategic investments and sustainable growth in industries critical to global development, driving innovation and creating value across all its assets.
In 2024, the group built a powdered industrial coatings plant in the UAE, and in November 2025, it signed a memorandum for the construction of a chemical cluster in the USA.
