AIZ "Export agro-industrial cluster of Shardara"

Innovative Closed-Cycle Cluster in the Shardara District of Turkestan Region, Koksu Village, on the Shore of the Shardara Reservoir:

  1. Private Industrial Zone – 124.7 hectares
  • Glass industrial greenhouse complex covering 21 hectares, designed for year-round cultivation of up to 15,000 tons of fresh vegetables, with a specialized seedling department capable of producing 100 million vegetable seedlings for open-field cultivation using a cassette transplanting method.
  • Feed pelletizing plant and eco fuel briquette and biochar production facility with a processing capacity of 30 tons of raw materials per hour, scheduled for commissioning in 2026.
  • Fruit and vegetable drying and freezing plant with a capacity of 200 tons of raw materials per day, including an R&D test center for innovative technologies in freezing, preservation, evaporation, sublimation, spray drying, and convection drying.
  • Tomato paste, fruit purée, and concentrate production plant with a processing capacity of 3,360 tons of raw materials per day, utilizing energy-efficient innovative Italian technologies.
  • Enterprises of foreign participants of the Private Industrial Zone (PIZ).

  2. Raw Material Base – an open-field agricultural division with 8,000 hectares of in-house cultivation and 6,000 hectares of contract farming utilizing sprinkler and drip irrigation systems.

Tomato cluster in the Arys district of Turkestan region, Akdala village on the Arys River.

  1. 100 ha private industrial area
  • A plant for the production of tomato paste and fruit purees and concentrates with a capacity of 2000 tons of raw materials per day with the reconstruction of the Rossi & Catelli plant in 2012 of 650 tons/day.
  • Greenhouses for growing tomato seedlings for open ground
  • A plant for drying fruit and vegetable raw materials up to 200 tons per day.

  2. The raw material base is an open-field agrodivision of 3,000 hectares with drip irrigation of its own tomato cultivation, an intensive garden of 200 hectares, contract farming.

Multi-Industry Cluster and Distribution Hub in the Almaty Region, Konaev Agglomeration, on the Shore of the Kapshagai Reservoir:

  1. Private Industrial Zone – 20 hectares
    1. Fruit and vegetable storage facility with a capacity of 13,000 tons of products
    2. Fruit and vegetable drying and freezing plant with a capacity of 200 tons of raw materials per day, featuring an R&D test center for innovative technologies in freezing, preservation, evaporation, sublimation, spray drying, and convection drying.
    3. Glass greenhouse complex for vertical cultivation of berries and leafy greens covering 5 hectares, and 1 hectare of seedling greenhouses under film
    4. Tomato paste, fruit purée, and concentrate production plant with a processing capacity of 1,000 tons of raw materials per day.

   2. Raw Material Base – open-field agricultural division with 1,500 hectares of drip-irrigated tomato cultivation, 100 hectares of intensive orchards, and 1,000 hectares of contract farming supported by a pumping station serving 2,500 hectares.
