Memorandum with 1Thirty Holding (18.09.2025)

TRAMITE Group (Italy), AGRIQA (Kazakhstan) and 1Thirty Holding (USA) signed a Memorandum in Dubai, UAE, on the creation of a unified food supply chain with production in Kazakhstan and supplies to Europe and the countries of the Near East of wholesale semi-finished products and packaged retail products with global brands. The memorandum provides for the creation of a logistics repacking hub for Italian and Kazakh products in Abu Dhabi for shipments to other countries, including the United States. The parties have begun working on the creation of an international venture fund in the agriculture and food industry sector to ensure food security.
